BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
[Job Description]
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
- Developing and executing channel sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs
- In charge of sales expansion, introduce new products to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
- Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
- Submit short and long-term sales plans and prepare sales strategies to reach nominated targets
- Ensure and responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients and providing them with high quality customer service
- Ensure smooth roll out of all In-Store activations within the given timeframe
- Lead & co-work with merchandisers to maintain planograms, improve facings, identify opportunity gaps, minimizing OOS, maximize brand exposure and shelf availability
[Requirements]
- Diploma or Degree holder
- 1-3 years’ experience in off-trade sales for Alcohol Products
- Experience in Key Chain stores is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Independent and a good team player, driven & motivated
- Excellent working relationship with customers and trade
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Product knowledge on Wine, Spirits & Beers will be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle multiple tasks
